A Message From Scottish Gymnastics

Gymnasts can become members of Scottish Gymnastics if they have been offered a place in a Scottish Gymnastics registered club. Clubs can only register with Scottish Gymnastics if they meet our high standards operating a safe, child-friendly environment, with coaches qualified to national standards.

From 1st October 2018, gymnasts must join or renew their membership directly with Scottish Gymnastics via a new online process. Previously, clubs processed the membership on behalf of the gymnast but due to changes in data protection regulation, this is no longer possible.

Annual membership details

For gymnasts, our membership year runs from 1st October to 30th September. We have different levels of membership available with associated annual fees. New gymnasts can join at any time during the year provided they have been offered a place in a Scottish Gymnastics registered club.

Please ensure your insurance is up to date!  This is your responsibility.

All gymnasts, coaches, volunteers and management team members must become a member of Scottish Gymnastics within 2 weeks of starting at the club.

Failure to pay your SG and LGC membership fees are putting your child, the other gymnasts and coaches at risk.  In addition, you are putting the club in jeopardy regarding insurance and funding.
