Classes and Fees

FREE TRIAL

All new starters are entitled to a free trial session.  Simply select a class on our Class4kids system and select the Book Your Trial option.

To view our class schedule and book into a class please click here.  Some classes are by invitation only however these are not shown on the schedule. We recommend that you book into a general class so coaches can asses the ability of the gymnast.​

It is important to ensure that you are familiar with the information on our Membership Information page and the following information about our club fees.

  • All gymnasts must be registered via Class4kids and all monies paid through this system. 

  • All fees must be paid on time or a £10 late fee will be incurred.

  • Gymnasts will not be permitted to train if fees remain unpaid from the previous month.

  • One month’s written notice must be given if leaving the club or changing your classes.  Fees must continue to be paid for the notice period.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT GENERAL CLASSES – GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE DO NOT GET DISCOUNTED RATE ABOVE - THE RATE FOR ATTENDING GENERAL CLASS AND TRAMPOLINE IS £45 PER MONTH – THIS IS SLIGHTLY DISCOUNTED.

IF IN COMPETITIVE CLASS & JOIN TRAMPOLINE –. EXAMPLE - IF YOUR CHILD IS IN 4 HOURS COMPETITION CLASS BUT ALSO DO TRAMPOLINE FEE WILL BE £92.50. WE CANNOT OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR TRAMPOLINE CLASS AS ONLY 8 CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN EACH CLASS)

FEES ARE REQUESTED ON 1ST OF EVERY MONTH VIA OUR ELECTRONIC SYSTEM.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS IN YOUR BANK, IT WILL FAIL.  THE SYSTEM WILL TRY AGAIN AND TAKE THE PAYMENT ON A TOTAL OF 4 OCCASIONS WITHIN A 7 DAY PERIOD. 

IF FEES FAIL ON THE 4TH ATTEMPT, YOUR DETAILS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE REGISTER.
